AlloyTrailer Source Privacy Policy
This notice explains how information submitted for a business sourcing inquiry may be handled.
Information you provide
The inquiry form may collect your name, work email, phone, company, trailer requirements, quantity, destination, timing, optional budget, and supplier preference. Avoid submitting confidential data that is not needed for initial sourcing review.
How information is used
Information may be used to clarify requirements, assess inquiry fit, coordinate candidate-supplier outreach, compare responses, communicate with you, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Relevant requirement details may be shared with potential suppliers or service parties when needed for the requested procurement work.
Storage and choices
Reasonable operational measures may be used to protect submitted data, but no internet transmission is risk-free. You may ask about correction or deletion through the same inquiry channel, subject to legal and operational retention needs.
Browser storage
The sourcing benefit interface uses local storage to retain its first display time for no more than seven days and session storage to remember a ticker dismissal for the current session. These controls do not extend the eligibility window.
External parties
Supplier and logistics websites have their own privacy practices. This notice does not govern independent third parties. Submit the form only if you understand that sourcing may require sharing a relevant procurement brief.
